Dairy factory “Käserei Gloggnitz” has started to operate recently in the eponymous city, in the foothills of the mountain Semmering which is seventy kilometers away from the capital of Austria. This is about a production of dairy products such as kajmak, cheese, yogurt and peppers in sour cream and all according to traditional recipes from Dragačeva. This is also the first time that these legendary specialties are produced in Western Europe, where they the will find path to gourmets and lovers of local delicacies among our very great diaspora. We were working on this project for almost two entire years, and the plant employees are young people full of vigor and enthusiasm.
